1. Agreement and parties
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and MIDAS GROWTH LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. It covers the AstraSoul web app, available at app-en.astrasoul.site, app-es.astrasoul.site, app-fr.astrasoul.site, and all the content inside it (together, the "App").
This EULA is part of, and incorporates, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Words defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning here. If this EULA and the Terms of Service conflict, the Terms of Service prevail, except on the scope of the licence and the restrictions described in sections 2 and 3, where this EULA prevails.
By buying access to or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
2. Licence grant
Subject to this EULA and the Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and use the App for your own non-commercial use, for as long as your access is active (for example, while your membership is paid up, or for one-time products, for as long as we provide them to you).
The App is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep every right not expressly granted to you in this EULA.
3. Restrictions
Except where the law expressly allows it, you agree not to, and not to let anyone else:
- copy, reproduce, modify, translate or create derivative works of the App or its content;
- sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the App or its content;
- share your access, your access links or your sign-in details with anyone else, or let anyone else use your access;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or try to obtain the source code of the App;
- scrape, crawl or extract content or data from the App, or access it with bots, scripts or other automated means;
- remove, hide or change any copyright, trademark or other notice in the App;
- use the App, or anything it produces, to train, test or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model;
- try to bypass access controls, payment or security measures, or overload or disrupt the App;
- use the App in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose.
4. AI-generated content
Sarah is an AI guide, not a person. Her replies, and other AI-Generated Content in the App, are produced automatically and are not reviewed by a human before you see them. They are meant for entertainment and self-reflection, and they may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. For entertainment and self-reflection. Not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
You may use the AI-Generated Content you receive for your own personal purposes. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on it. See section 3 of our Terms of Service.
5. Content and intellectual property
The App and everything in it, including its software, texts, charts, practices, images, design and the AstraSoul name and logo, belong to MIDAS GROWTH LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in this EULA transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Your User Content, such as your birth details and chat messages, remains yours, as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or improve the App from time to time, including by adding, changing or removing features, as described in our Terms of Service. The App is a web app that runs in your browser, so updates apply automatically and there is nothing to install.
We aim to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, updates, outages at our providers, network problems or events outside our control may cause downtime.
7. Third-party services
You may buy access to the App through payment providers, resellers or marketplaces, such as Whop and Hotmart. Their own terms and policies also apply to your purchase, billing and payment. The App also relies on other third-party providers listed in our Terms of Service. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
8. Term and termination
This EULA applies from the moment you first use the App and ends automatically when your access ends, including:
- when you cancel a subscription, at the end of the period you already paid for (see our Cancellation Policy);
- when a purchase is refunded (see our Refund Policy);
- when we suspend or end your access because you broke this EULA or the Terms of Service, as described in our Terms of Service.
When this EULA ends, you must stop using the App. Sections 3, 4, 5, 9 and 10 continue to apply after it ends.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The disclaimers and limitations of liability in section 8 of our Terms of Service apply to the App and to this EULA. Nothing in this EULA limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
10. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the same law, and disputes are resolved in the same way, as described in section 9 and in the dispute resolution notice of our Terms of Service, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
